After download tutorial extract it into the same folder then play mp4 video.

For IV:just choose the main folder

For ELFC:choose the main folder then rename the CNT.bik file in movies folder to EFLC_CNT.

How to open .oiv files method 2

1-first right click on OpenIV on your desktop then open properties.

2-Copy target location

3-Open my computer or File explorer

4-Right click on .oiv file then open with then choose default program.

5-Click on look for anouther program on system.

6-Paste address and delete openiv.exe from address.then press enter

7-choose OpenIV.exe then press open.

How to open .oiv format method 1

Method 1

1-open OpenIV

2-Select package installer

3-Open the .oiv file

4-Choose the game

5-Click to intall mod.

6-Wait for intall mod

7-Run the game.
